A four-year-old Airedale Terrier with Canadian roots and a cowboy name, Rip brings loyalty, toughness, and energy to every adventure. Inspired by Rip Wheeler from Yellowstone, he lives up to his namesake’s spirit—always ready for action, whether that means chasing squirrels, keeping watch, or holding down the office with his steady presence.

As the self-appointed guardian of a ten-acre ranch, Rip oversees a lively household that includes three other Airedales, a golden lab, a chihuahua, two cats (who keep him humble), and one very patient bunny. Despite his rugged image, Rip’s favorite job is accompanying his human to the office, where he offers quality control through belly rub requests and maintains security with enthusiastic patrols.

Rip thrives on loyalty, companionship, and a healthy mix of work and play. His sharp instincts, playful energy, and ability to boost morale make him a trusted member of the team.
